• Each individual may only open one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be verified.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Tak 999 is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password with others.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory.

Certain rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Tak 999. These rules are in place to protect members and ensure platform security.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Tak 999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

All games on Tak 999 are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, any affected bets will be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Game manipulation or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
• If a match or event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• In the event of any dispute over a game outcome, Tak 999's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tak 999. Any involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of account balance.

• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game or betting system.
• Exploiting bonus terms through dishonest strategies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering or gaming while being underage.
